City Hall
City Hall is the location of Guest Services inside the Magic Kingdom. Guest Services is where you can book Advanced Dining Reservation (ADRs), find out show times, or Character Meet and Greet locations and times. Special Assistance Passes (SAP) can also be obtained at Guest Services in each park, make sure you have all documentation with you to make the process easier. Special Day buttons like, It's my First Trip and It's my Birthday are given out at City Hall. If there is a problem during your visit, you can work to get it resolved with Cast Members at City Hall. If there was a Cast Member that made your day extra special, take their name and give them a positive review also at city Hall. Restrooms are located in between City Hall and Station No. 71.
